Included in this update is Azmod, courtesy of Aztec God of Fitness. This interface found within the journal will allow players to change variables within their saves, fix replay variables, view replays of extra events that didn't quite fit anywhere else, and change the player's name.
You'll have to be caught up with the main story to view any hidden events.
